Breathworks Classes

  • Private Session

    One on one or couples conscious connected breathwork. Choose from three lengths; 30 minutes, 60 minutes, or 90 minutes.

  • Adult Group Sessions

    These sessions will include a group of people practicing conscious connected breathing together.

  • Conscious Breathwork For Adults

    This session is designed to help adults learn breathing techniques they can use anywhere and with anyone, including children.

  • Children's Sessions

    Half hour sessions with kids ages 3-5. We learn how to feel our emotions in our body and breath through them.

  • Big Kid Sessions

    Half hour sessions for kids 6-11 where we learn how to use our breath to calm our bodies and minds.

  • Teen Sessions

    These sessions are designed for teen age 12-17. We will use unconnected breathing techniques to sooth anxiety, help with focus, and aid in overall wellbeing.

Conscious Connected Breathing

Conscious connected breathing is a form of controlled overbreathing. It involves taking in more air than you metabolically need, which removes carbon dioxide from the body. This places you into a state of temporary respiratory alkalosis.

Most practices of conscious connected breathing acknowledge that both the breather and the breath have an innate healing capacity. They use positive intention to focus the energy of a session
