Hey, I’m Ashley—artist, breathwork facilitator, mom of three, and lifelong believer in the magic of showing up exactly as you are.
In the chaos of everyday life, it’s easy to forget that we’re carrying everything we need—right in our own breath. Each inhale invites possibility. Each exhale makes space. Breathwork helped me find calm in the middle of motherhood, chaos, and healing… and now, I help others do the same.
I started practicing breathwork to help my son navigate big emotions—and what began as a parenting tool quickly became a lifeline for our whole family. It shifted how we relate, how we regulate, and how we show up for each other. During a Conscious Connected Breathwork session, I experienced a profound release of grief and a powerful connection to my ancestors. That moment changed everything.
Now, I guide kids, teens, adults, and families in playful, accessible breathwork designed to soothe the nervous system, build resilience, and make space for joy. Whether we’re drumming, drawing, or just breathing quietly together—every session is a chance to reconnect to what matters most.
Some of the benefits of breathwork include:
• Calming the mind and body
• Reducing anxiety and emotional overwhelm
• Improving focus and emotional regulation
• Supporting nervous system health
• Releasing stuck trauma and energy
Breathwork changed my life—and I’d be honored to share it with you.

Not at all! Breathwork is simply the practice of using intentional breathing patterns to support your mind and body. Some sessions are super gentle and calming, and others go a little deeper—but I’ll always guide you every step of the way. No experience necessary, just curiosity (and maybe a water bottle).

Yes! All family classes are designed for ages 3 and up, but if you have a little one under 3, they’re welcome to tag along. I’m a mom of three—I’ve got toys, patience, and plenty of flexibility to help make it work.

Just yourself, comfy clothes, and anything you might want to feel cozy (a blanket, water, your favorite hoodie). I provide all the materials for art-based classes and have yoga mats and bolsters available in the studio.

Absolutely. I offer a sliding scale for all group classes because I want breathwork to be accessible. If cost is still a barrier, please reach out for a coupon code. No need to explain—I trust you.

Coherence breathwork is a gentle, rhythmic breathing pattern designed to calm and regulate the nervous system. It’s great for kids, teens, and anyone seeking clarity or grounding.
Connected breathwork is deeper and more intense—it can sometimes bring up emotions or altered states of consciousness. I only offer this for adults, and I’ll always prep you thoroughly if you’re curious to try it.

Yes! I offer private sessions for individuals, couples, or families who want more personalized guidance. These are great if you’re working through something specific or just want a quieter, more tailored space. You can book a private session through the “Book” page.

My attic studio is on the third floor, so unfortunately it isn’t wheelchair accessible—but I’m happy to explore creative solutions or offer a private session in a more accessible space if needed.
My classes are queer- and neurodivergent-friendly, trauma-informed, and open to all identities and family structures. You are deeply welcome here.
