Group Classes
I am adding three types of Group Classes to Inspired Breathworks. These classes are designed to allow everyone to learn together, ask questions, and start a breathing practice.
Breathing For Moms
Mom’s are historically the main caregivers in their families. This often means that moms are “pouring from an empty cup.” In this class we will work together, in a safe space, at my home, to create more peace for mom’s both internally and externally. This class will meet weekly and will be “mom guided.” That means that we will be working on whatever YOU need to feel more peaceful. These classes are $15, you can buy them in a pack for a discount, or simply pay as you are able to join us.
Breathing for Kids & Their Grown ups
Kids are absolute rockstars when it comes to learning to breathe. Their bodies understand intuitively that the ways I am teaching them to breathe feels good. That is why working with kids is one of my passions. From your completely neuro typical kid to the extra neuro spicy (I personally have two spicy kiddos) learning to breathe helps children of all ages to regulate their emotional and physical reactions. Learning to breathe with your child provides you both with a road map to a better way of communicating with one another and in general. These classes will be held weekly at my home.
Breathing for Adults
In these adult group classes we will be learning several different breathing techniques. We will cover conscious breathing (where you pause between breaths) and connected breathing (no pauses). Like most of my classes and private sessions the topic will largely be up to the participants. We will communicate regularly about what each student would like to focus on and I will build our classes accordingly. Learning to breathe as an adult is one of the best things you can do, without the needs for drugs or a doctor, to improve your health. From anxiety to digestive challenges we’ve got a breath for that! These classes will be held weekly at my home.
